Boarding

All horses at Class Act Farm receive the highest standard of care. We feed only performance quality hay and grain. Our horses enjoy plenty of turn out in large four-board fenced paddocks. With 24 hour security, regular visits from the best farriers and veterinarians in the area, and a skilled groom staff, Class Act Farm can provide for your horse with exceptional attention to every detail.

Full Board: $1200 per month

Daily Turnout
Nutrena Feeds 2x a day
T&A and Coastal hay fed as needed
Automatic waterers in all stalls
Sand Colic Prevention given weekly
Supplements given daily (as provided by owner)
24 hour security/maintenance

Main Barn Board: $1,450 per month

All the amenities of Full Board plus:

Extra large stalls - 14' x 14'
Hot/cold inside wash stall

Pasture Board: $800 per month

 *There is a $15 handling fee (charged per occasion) for pasture horses to be brought up for farrier or veterinarian services.*

Partial Training Board: $1,500/$1,800 per month

Full Board or Main Barn Board plus eight schoolings per month.

Full Training Board: $2,000/$2300 per month

Full Board or Main Barn Board plus:

5 schoolings per week
Daily grooming
Weekly bathing
Monthly face clip and mane pulling

All Boarders are expected to take a Minimum of 4 Lessons per month added to your board billing ( Lessons can not be accrued or carried forward to the following month).

Daily Board

$70 per 24 hours

Adittional cost will be applied for hay blocks and "special feed"
